Tulsi Plant (Holy Basil) Found to Remove Fluoride from Water & Support Pineal Gland Health

A plant called Tulsi, or Holy Basil, which grows all over India might just be another answer to defluoridating water in poor countries all over the world. Research scientists at Rajasthan University have discovered that Tulsi can replace some of the more expensive alternatives to fluoride removal. The process is so simple, its downright exciting.

Mix your own green cleaning solutions:
There are several good reasons for cleaning green ~
Because it’s good for your health, good for the environment and good for your pocketbook.

NOTES:
Never mix cleaning products together: doing so can create dangerous new chemicals.
Ventilate rooms by opening windows.
Use only enough cleaner on the surface to clean – this reduces the amount used.
Spray and wait 20 minutes before removing, this gives your product time to work.
Purchase only fragrance-free cleaners and laundry detergents.

Shopping list for recipes:
* 1 gallon of white vinegar
* 1 bottle of rubbing alcohol
* 1 large box of baking soda
* 1 gallno distilled water
* 20 percent hydrogen peroxide (get at medical supply store)
* Lemons
* Salt
* Spray bottles
* Olive oil

Most hardwood floors and laminated floors can be cleaned with 1/4 cup white vinegar per quart of water. Marble, tile and granite floors can only be cleaned with very hot water.

Disinfecting Cleaner:
Mix 1 cup of baking soda with 1/4 cup borax.

Mildew Remover:
Mix a 50/50 solution of 20% hydrogen peroxide to water. Wipe or spray the mildewed areas and wait 30 minutes – remove with the peroxide mix and it willl continue to kill any lingering mold.

Drain Opener:
Every month pour 1 cup of baking soda down the tub, sink, and shower drains followed by 1 cup of white vinegar. (do not do on the side of a sink with a garbage disposal).

Window Wash:
In spray bottle, combine 1/4 cup rubbing alcool and 1/3 cup white vinegar then fill with distilled water.

Toilet Bowl Cleaner:
Sprinkle baking soda around the inside of the toilet bowl. Pour in 1/3 cup of white vinegar. To prevent water rings, once a month pour 1 cup of white vinegar into the toilet and leave overnight.

Silver Polish:
Put a sheet of aluminum foil into a plastic or glass bowl. Sprinkle the foil with salt and baking soda and fill teh bowl with warm water. Soak your silver in the bowl. The tarnish migrates to the foil like magic! Dry and buff.

Brass:
Cut a lemon in half, sprinkle it with salt, and rub the lemon on the metal. Buff it up!

Bleach:
Switch to hydrogen peroxide, especially in the laundry. Bleach causes white clothes to turn dingy. a 50/50 solution of peroxide to water removes red wine stains. Also soak shirts with yellow underarm stains in peroxide before laundering.

Furniture Polish:
Mix a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and olive oil, spray on teh surface, and whip off with clean cloth.

NOTE:
Make any liquid product that you create smell lemony fresh by adding 1/2 cup of lemon juice or a few drops of citrus essential oil.
