Senator Daniel A. Wolf, and our State Representatives Cleon Turner, Sarah Peake, and Timothy Madden have combined efforts in addressing Hon. Governor Deval Patrick on behalf of POCCA and all Cape Cod residents and town governments, to assert the fact that the use of herbicides to control power-line vegetation has been repeatedly opposed, and every town on Cape Cod has passed resolutions in opposition to NSTAR’s Vegetation Management Program, which plans to use these toxic herbicides on our lands and above our single-source aquifer.
